Huawei has more that 30 years of experience in ICT. Their cloud services aim to provide secure, stable and sustainable services. Ray also mentioned gaming as part of this (I'm hoping Huawei cloud might make some online gaming services more locally accessible).

The Ascend 910 AI processors seems impressive after looking a the Dawn Bench results mentioned from Stanford University. So Huawei are able to use their own developed and manufactured processors for cloud services and AI.
