Hi All.

I would like to start up a co-sharing office space in Blairgowrie. I have found the perfect spot and I am super keen to get going on it, but need to make sure that there is a market for that. I'm appealing to free-lancers, creatives, consultants and start-ups, hopefully developing an internal network of like-minded people and companies who want to see each other grow and succeed.

The idea is to have a flexible office space for people who don't want to work from home but also don't want to rent out a crummy little office space somewhere. Wifi and coffee are built into the costs. There will be a range of packages from 5-days/week year-long contracts, to casual walk-in hot-desking.

Is there anyone who is keen on this idea? Or knows somebody who might be?

I love this idea, and will probably use a co-office space for a while in the near future. I'm not in the area though. I'm in Cape Town. My advice would be to set up a site for your business, and then post on JoziHub forums or something, see if you get any attention.

You'll need to give estimates on what people get at what cost. So for instance, say you get a kitchen with coffee machine or whatever else, maybe get a cleaner in a few times a week or daily. And what kind of Business ADSL line will included. And maybe a shared boardroom that they can use for client meetings, etc.

The shared ADSL and boardroom might be things I'd like to have when getting shared office space some time. A boardroom is the perfect example of something that can be shared to reduce cost, because no one uses a boardroom all the time.
