It wouldn't happen without BEE. BEE is the cause.

I suppose you need your gravy topped up now and then too? Only anyone connected to BEE would support the system. There are tons published showing what an abhorrent system BEE is. Yet you support it?

Easy guys. My experience of BEE (and AA) is that while it was a reasonable idea (not that any racist legislation is correct, morally or in principal) the ANC subverted it. So the race based systems were used to appoint their friends and family and with any criticism deflected as "racist" (thank Mbeki). The end result is that even good totally black owned companies get excluded from projects and ANC aligned entities (often Gupta type fronts) get appointed under the guise of being BEE. Same for municipal managers and senior oaficials; the AA card is used to appoint ANC cadres who are either corrupt or incompetent, often both.
