Colouring cell padding

I have been searching for a way to colourize cell padding in a table, but so far have come up with zip.

Is there a way to define cell padding colour in a table?

Here you can see that the cell padding is causing some trouble with a "see through" effect where I would liked to have it black.

I can simply add the whole thing inside another table again, but then I'll have to make changes to the whole site. Is there a way to get that cell padding to not be transparent?

Remove the Cell Spacing - that's what is causing the "transparent padding". Cell Spacing defines how much space is between cells in a table, which essentially denotes the margin of each cell. Increase your padding to 20 and remove the spacing of 10.
