Kulula set for take-off

Comair says that its aircraft will be back in the skies from 1 September as planned, following a temporary suspension of services in response to the adjusted Level 4 lockdown and low demand for air travel.

The airline, which operates Kulula and British Airways, suspended services on Monday 5 July following President Cyril Ramaphosa's announcement of an adjusted Level 4 lockdown.

When my flights were cancelled, I had to manage my booking and it asked whether I wanted credit or a refund. I chose refund and was paid

First time I asked for refund they said no we get Kulula bucks had 4 tickets on that booking, then when rebooked the flights were more expense and we could only get 2 tickets with the "bucks" we had.

Second time, I asked for refund they said no just use your cancelled ticket to rebook when we fly again.

Has this BS rule of theirs impacted anyone else?

I am basically going to lose 2 CPT tickets tomorrow - have been struggling to get the credit, which anyways would have expired tomorrow (30 Nov)
