/baised speculation
Our leading telecoms company will pay tons of money to the first company that turns a WiMax profit to determine how they made the profit, and then do a u-turn and say that it's not profitable in SA cos international bandwidth is too expensive.
The governmint will support the decision and open the WiMax frequencies to SABC for one-way TV broadcasting.
/baised speculation end

So why is SA so backward that we ahve not started publicly testing this? Does no one relise that with no wires and the distance this could cover Wimax could get telecoms to thousands of more people.

How much does a licence cost
