2) Sure. But a commodity like internet access doesn#t add local value in and of itself. It enables, massively, local skills, local jobs, local industries. People don't need to know how it works to build a business that uses it as a foundation.
3) Garbage argument. Most large ISPs are overseas players / overseas funded.

If North Korea can do it so can we

1. Lte - controlled by one party ????? I can build my own lte infrastructure( communities can do that)

2. They don't need to know how it works ??? Well I argue its better for us if we had the know how also.no Brainer

3. Oversees players yes , but when it comes down to it we can take possession of the local equipment ( you missed my point here)
