I just finished Crysis Warhead took me 4 hours what a waste thought the expansion would be longer the graphics is brilliant as always but you just start getting into the game and it ends.

it wasn't a waste of money. the coding was a lot better so i could play on max with my 4850. that made it worth the price of admission imo.

I agree with Brian here, just as you get into it it ends.

With Crysis I Knew I was at the last boss.....with Warhead i thought it was just some mid-game boss... ?

I really enjoyed it, but I agree it was a fifth of the first one in length! There must be a crysis 2 .... it ended with no definitive ending! As for the graphics, I run everything maxed out on my system @1920X1080... only suffered when I ran my 8800GT (512), but with the GTX280 and my processor running @ 3ghz .... no problems!

it was too short, I agree. but it was a blast. And the gameplay was refined very much from crysis. Did anyone else find that they were using the suit abilities a lot more? I mean - ok it was way too short but definitely not a waste of money. Reserve those epithets for Need for Speed Carbon :D

I did use them allot more yes but what I meant with the waste of money is for the price I payed which was R300 it wasnt worth that for how long you played on the game in time.

Like I said, really enjoyed it, the twist of being part of the same story but as a different character was sweet!

As for NFS Carbon .... I finished it, but only because i dont start a game and not finish it!! If i have paid money for something, then dammit, I'll squeeze every ounce of effort to play it! Even if it sucked - which it did!

NFS Undercover was a better attempt, but was way to easy! and the one between them was just forgettable ... which I did:)

Play it again, on higher spec and more difficult setting.... see how fast you can go through it again!

it's just, the first one was more epic...

and it's not because it was the first and you haven's played with a suit/etc and because it was a new thing!

the second was just shooting. not so much stealthy planning...

first one had you flying in a v-tol, sat behind a driving humvee shooting the aliens, camp out inside a crashed v-tol reloading, shooting when possible - running away from that huge alien in the middle of the game (where in warhead it was the final boss) and climbing into those AA-guns and nailing 'em. Driving around in the tank was epic!

I can't remember if in you sat on the back of a humvee, drove tanks or piloted a v-tol in warhead, but that is because it wasn't memorable (If you did do all those)

I think it was a Money-maker for EA, riding on the success of the original - They knew it didn't *have* to be as epic, because people that liked the 1st would probably buy it anyway.

So which of the following did Warhead have then, I can't remember:

- Flying a V-Tol
- Driving a Tank
- Back of Humvee
- Riding a Ducky
- Mounting those massive AA Guns
- Stealthy Missions
- Fighting against koreans with stealth suits
- Having a Chopper hunting you (man that was difficult in the original)

On the plus side, the part in Warhead where you mount the machine guns on top of the train was quite fun...
