Yep. So we're planning on moving to Cape Town in the next 2 years (for work) and currently living in a complex and I don't like it because of other people, but thought I'd suck it up for the security, but looking at CPT apartment levies, I will rather buy a house and not pay leviesSo judging from all of the responses, this complex is clearly exorbitant with their levies. Sad thing is you can't report this anywhere. You either buy the property and live with the high levies or you don't buy it all. Probably why it has been on the market for over 3 months now.
