Analog line died today, and ADSL was disconnecting every 2 minutes.
Called the analog guys but they say that as soon as you go to ADSL all queries for line issues must go to ADSL department. Called them at around 3pm or so, got a ticket number and the guys were here just after 6 and sorted it out.
I asked them about the cap and any way to increase it and they just said we'll just have to wait and see what happens in March or so when the other offerings become competive.
He also said there is already around 25 other ADSL users in my area (Queensburough) so I hope my constant 50/55kb/s downloads won't get affected as more people join up
If any Telkom guys are reading this, thanks to Shawn and the other guy with him to who helped out today.
