On the very edge of being admitted to a state institution due to - yes you guessed right! - the absolutely dismal and non existent service of Sentech's support desk, I was partially rescued by the likes of Vernon and Kallie. Mainly due to a wonderfully elegant intervention by Michellé Potgieter. Yes the doctor! She appears to be a past master at administering good old fashioned KITA...
