She said only the first four floors housing the department's finance, communication, infrastructure and policy development sections were cleaned out. About 120 computers were stolen when the gang of about 20 robbers gained entry into the department's offices at 111 Commissioner Street through a basement door. Motshekga said each section of the department had five security guards on duty at the time.

Only the first 4 floors, how kind of them. So why are all the security guards so incompetent? Where was the alarm system, armed response? And perhaps more importantly, why is nobody else asking these questions?
