Recently when a man was killed in Spur quiet a few stated the victim was looking for it by throwing a bottle but yet the same idiots claim Hamas was not looking for trouble firing rockets in Israel with the prime motive to kill as many civilians as they can. What we need to recognize very clearly is that what we have right now in Gaza is 1) an occupier exercising criminal behavior because Israel does not have the legal right for self defense against an occupied state.

Gaza is under occupation consequently the occupier, Israel here, does not have the legal right for self defense.

Second, since Gaza is under occupation Palestinians in Gaza actually do have the legal right to defend themselves against Israeli provocation, Israeli airstrikes, Israeli bombardments, Israeli criminality.

So we need to put this within the legal context very clearly.

With a 5 to 1 civilian to militant ratio of kills, yes.

No ethical military force will purposefully kill 5 civilians to get to 1 militia. And as the IDF has acknowledged hamas are hiding behind civilians, then purposefully is the correct word.

As for Hamas I agree they deserve to be killed for firing the rockets. I do not agree with the innocent deaths of civilians but that is the price cowards like Hamas must pay for hiding between civilians even pushing them to the front line as they run for cover, possibly even killing their own to blame Israel!
