connecting to all sites via campus wifi

Hi, i was wondering if it is possible to mess around in the browser so that i could access all sites using the free wifi provided at campus. currently we are only able to connect to the campus website and email etc but no external sites. i have seen a couple of guys on gumtree etc using the wifi but how does one do this? im using mozilla 3.5.7

we also have loads of spots where we can plug in network cables to access the internet without using wifi but even this only allows the campus website. is there anything i can download??? thanks guys

Not really sure this is the right section for that + as far as I know that would go against your varsity's terms and conditions and actually be regarded as stealing their internet (at least I know thats how UJ views it)

Have you considered asking them? Or even the university's IT department?
