Connecting to router

Hi Guys

I am in Durban and need to connect to my dad's router in CTN to change his
access details cause he is sharing my account now.

How do I do that, I hate to want him to do that, he will mess it up.

Might be as simple as getting his IP and logging on via your browser. All depends on his router.

Any idea where I can get a copy of the software that is loaded in the routers so that I can see it and then work over the telephone with my dad.

go to www.portforward.com, they have some info on wat IP address you have to type to get into the configuration page of most routers....you can talk him through that....then he has to login....and then all your dad has to do is change the username and password....
