Well service sucks for fixing my problem but support are friendly at times but now I'm on your complaints page as I'm totally angry that I just can't stay connected and that you expect me to test the Fibre line with a laptop I don't have and expect me to sort out the none connectivity issues that I'm having like seriously!!
I'm fuming new client and quick to take money but not solve problems which I'm still having!!!!! I seriously want this to be sorted now cannot stay connected for a day always off since I’ve signed up last week that’s totally unacceptable.. I’ve logged sooo many emails with your support department sometimes they don’t even reply to it when they do it’s the same old story I must check it with a laptop which I don’t have!!!!! Just replace the darn router please cause pure Internet joy slogan of yours isn’t that it’s a darn nightmare!

Probably a crap wireless connection. Test via a directly connected ( via ethernet ) machine.

Afrihost is the worst service provider in South Africa no personal relationship we get treated like a robot object still haven’t sorted my issues and trust me they seriously actually don’t care! All I get is the run around and apologies that’s it!!! Quick to deduct money from a new client but definitely not go out of their way to help just apologies all the time I still don’t have pure Internet joy as per their so call slogan says it’s a freaking nightmare!!!

Where's that Afrihost guy that's on this forum? That oke is duk helpful. Maybe message him?
