Considering DSTV for lack of better alternatives.

Depends on the stream. My phone's 720p and I can't see any pixelation, so either equivalent/better than Dstv. (this is just over about 2 minutes of watching sky sports 1, so could be terrible at other times)

EDIT: And quality overall is probably 480p on some like Sky Sports F1. Still perfectly fine for something that's free.

Watching sport on anything smaller than a 32" screen is useless. I'd rather pay for HD quality.

I hardly ever dl anything below 1080p.

Considering I sit a meter from my monitors, 24" are fine. :p

His alternative is Dstv, so anything better than 1080i (I still consider 720p better).

No, I just tested the app as I was curious. I don't watch sports/TV on my phone with the odd exception for some series.

Okay...

Edit: Who TF watches a series on their phone? Seriously - a series?

Thanks for the info; I don't own any Android devices. Would those apps work on something I could plug into the TV and get something close to HD quality?

Just downloaded the APK, the quality seems good. You'd need an android tv box.

It's available on many platforms apparently. I didn't see the letters HD with a quick scan of the page.

Why would you go modbro if you can use Phoenix or Exodus on Kodi? What am I missing? And then there is Sportsdevil on Kodi. Most links work in there.

I tested some links in Phoenix and most didn't work. As for Exodus, does it have live TV and all working?
Sportsdevil in my experience work on and off. The more sport options, the better.
