Hi. They have not, however the following morning I noticed the connection was working again. So far so good. until next time.

I have been struggling to get SADV to provide the service they're charging me for almost a year now. I have tons of emails weekly, back and forth and even from Johan who is supposed to be the manager but also does nothing but make empty promises. It seems not a single person in their entire company is able to apply simple logic. I would appreciate it if anyone here can share their CEO's contact details so I can forward the mail trail so he knows what service levels they're providing.

I wouldnt bother if it is a once off sort of situation, just monitor for me and if it continues then obviously worth logging.
 
Hi @PBCool, I've been temporarily disconnected a few times this morning. All okay, Should I log a ticket? (connection currently okay at this point but seem to temporarily loss connectivity to the PPPOE servers, TERJHBPPPARx servers)
