Here you go IC... for accounts acting wierd: The guy you want to speak to is someone called Sean Green. He phoned me and apologised, and said they would refund the most of the monies. Which makes me a lot happier. His direct line is 011 877 4719 I got a refind out of them :)

If iBurst is honest, and solves the problems in an efficient way, you will reduce the profanities to almost nill. Obviously this will require you turn the support function from helldesk to helpdesk.

But buggering around and emptying bank accounts due to a bad debit order run and then sending people all over the show and telling them REFUNDS WITH DIFFICULTY when it suits iBurst is inviting profanities for sure.


PS: I'm not a iBurst client, but I'm keeping my eyes open. Maybe one day I will have the guts to recommend iBurst to a client. Right now I'm advising all to go Telkom ADSL for office bandwidth. I'm dead if I advise a service and first thing that happens is an unauthorised debit order emptying my clients bank account!

SToF, it's an iBurst community effort, a work in progress, and it will be [even] better over time.

I am fully prepared to continue updating this Readme.1st/FAQz thread with useful technical type stuff (well links to meaty threads).

So, please hit the resume button on posting useful iBurst stuff here.

Perhaps a forumite that has been to the new post-launch sites could list them all in a post with a brief description of functionality of each site...?
