Contacts at Vodacom worth their salt

Please tell me whom at Vodacom can assist and affect change.

some of my hassles are the following.

Customer care options to choose from is so inefficient for someone who just wants to go straight through to a consultant.
Annoying messages about registering with your voice are repeated every time you phone even though you have heard it before.

Selecting an option that you already have a reference doesn't even ask what the reference is.

Queries remain outstanding for longer than a week.
Advertising has mistakes but the customer is the one having the expense for driving to the shop only to find out that it was a mistake and gets told it will be followed up with head office where the query just remains in progress but doesn't come to a resolve.

The network signal strength in my area is dropping constantly and I cannot make any progress past customer care.
Customer care is so tedious that the call drops before being able to speak to a consultant.
When I am able to get through to a consultant they say they will phone me on a landline and then don't

There must be someone here on MyBroadband who knows a contact at Vodacom, who would come out and assist within an hour of the problem starting to affect the area?

I honestly do not think this is too much to ask for.

Hi there. So you have a existing SR open regarding the signal issue?

Sorry for the late reply, yes I would have tried to open one, but call kept failing. I have since emailed the ceo and seems like his right hand man came back to me and dealt with the issues, I also got a call the next day from one of the network guys who had part in sorting the issue. I suggested they change their voice prompts to start out with saying if there is an issue in your area, which they implemented. Now if tower or signal or problems then you just press 1 for it being the reason for the call and get told your request is logged and off you go. No need for long endless menu voice prompts just to speak to a consultant
