Contract between two companies

My wife runs a small charter company and since "off season" is starting, one of the vehicles won't be used.

So a friend of ours (who also owns a company) asked if we would consider renting the vehicle to him for a fixed monthly fee for the next 3 months.

Now this is extra income, but I'm in need of some sort of contract.

Does anybody have any ideas or have drawn up a contract between two parties before? I'm not looking for something with a dozen pages and whatnot, just something to say that we've agreed to rent the vehicle to him in return for a fee.

You're looking for a lease agreement. My bread and butter.

What about insurance? Must you add the third party as possessor? Or Do you want proof the third party has insured the vehicle?

Is your vehicle still subject to a HP agreement? If so, I don't you could let it out.

If you're vehicle is involved in an accident, you need sufficient contractual protection.

VAT?
