After reading this article, which is an excellent article, I really am starting to like this Paris Mashile guy. Everything he has said so far, is logical and makes f#$%king sense.
If I interpretted the article correctly, he turns around and defends the fact that Parliment shouldn't elect the ICASA chairperson. He must be the first person in a while that has half a brain. It the Government elects the ICASA chairperson, they aren't very independant then are they?
Later he turns around and says that Ivy mustn't open her mouth before talking to ICASA. Basically about the whole "VANS can't self provide infrastructure".
I hope this guy lasts, cause he going to ruffle some feathers, and get things going in the right direction. Maybe give ICASA some balls for once.
