Site is useless and staff even worse.

I tried to order some Allflex injectors. Went to enter my address and it won't accept my post code "no suburb match". In fact it won't allow most KZN post codes. Lots of Pmb and Dbn suburbs, but squat for all the farming areas.

Now it is meant to server agriculture. Most agriculture takes place out in the country. We don't have suburbs!

Secondly I did contact them about this and got the usual reply "someone will contact you". Business must be booming because, after 3 months no replies and still the post codes don't work.

Not convenient, not anywhere and not anytime.

I think 17th century may be a better description. I think van Riebeeck would have had a better shopping experience ordering from Holland back then.
