@cvs had the same issue on Metrofibre... In CenturionSee if you are on cool ideas change your pc's IP to 192.168.1.200 and subnet to 255.255.255.0 example and see if you can connect to 192.168.1.1 and provide feedback.
Seems a VLAN was mis-configured on Metrofibre side.
@TheRoDent should be able to figure it out with them..
It was also (maybe) and ONT misconfiguration..
But defenitely not a security issue on CISP side..
