So had an issue with billing, and was assured that "Unfortunately the system has changed, once the payment is done the system will automatically unsuspend"
Payment was made late yesterday afternoon and still no service almost 24 hour later.

Depends on the network and system. Automatic ususpensions generally work fine but sometimes there are CPE or network issues especially on Vuma trenched, which requires intervention from the FNO.

Had to call in to have it resolved. At least its up now.

Can anyone find the CISP SLA’s? I suspect they’ve gone the BS Telkom best effort excuse. Where is ICASA... they should be forcing ISP’s to provide proper SLA’s with punishments for not adhering to them. I’ve no doubt CISP has an SLA with MTN and likely enforced penalties but their customers just keep getting screwed.
