All FTTH providers have SLAs with a best effort process unfortunately, in this case it doesn't look to be MTNs fault but more a process that died on our LNS.Can anyone find the CISP SLA’s? I suspect they’ve gone the BS Telkom best effort excuse. Where is ICASA... they should be forcing ISP’s to provide proper SLA’s with punishments for not adhering to them. I’ve no doubt CISP has an SLA with MTN and likely enforced penalties but their customers just keep getting screwed.
