Got a 100Mbps Line, Im experiencing slow speed and packet loss....

Now that's just plain down shite speeds.

Yep, But I feel as though Im being ignored , called Cool ideas support line, they said they will escalate to the engineer and I also asked them just to atleast respond on the ticket. Non of that has been done I believe

Actually, this has been done. 3rd level engineers approached me with a number of tickets about the same issue.

I am also East Rand and on Vumatel. is there anything I can run through MTR to assist you guys? Or Traceroute? Internet has seemed alrightish today. Low speedtests to US but Europe fine.

In Benoni on Vumatel, haven't had an issue with packet loss or speed issues, I get terminated at the Teraco node.

I agree with you, but with ISP's (and I have been with a few) I would say that saying fits perfectly.
