Starting to doubt in CISP was the best choice for us.
Not noticing anything unusual, and our site is definately fine. Can you PM me an object number or IP ?

Feedback: Ticket #: COOL-20190925-314658

Happy days - FF techs came out, discovered break in line (looks like due to a poor install all those months back) and did a temp fix (joined the broken ends) - informed FF to get an installer to do a proper job.

In the meantime, all is good.

Requesting feedback here please:

@PBCool @TheRoDent

@PBCool @TheRoDent Any chance of pushing my issue with Vumatel a bit? Now that the twitch proxy is offline, the packetloss on my line really becomes annoying with frequent buffering on Twitch. Not to mention lag spikes in games.

Last ticket was: #COOL-20190402-246535

Currently in email contact with Divian. As you can see I have tickets re. this issue from late 2018.

Here is a local iperf as of right now:

At work we have DFA, and we had a new ISP come and add a link, as we wanted to transition from the one to the other. Because it's a business line, certain criteria is needed. They noticed the original fibre was incorrectly spliced and that the angle it came into the underground box made it lose signal. Amazing how small things can create issues.

In my case, for some reason, the fibre line was doubled back on itself inside the conduit - really odd

Basically Voda's feedback is that they're not ready for wholesale in KZN yet. Their ETA is murky, but I have spoken to their engineers today. Crazy though that they let us place the order.

But this is not out of norm for them. We've placed several orders in Eagle Canyon where they are the ONLY FNO, only to have them rejected as "no coverage". When you check their website, it's perfect...

They're new to this and we've been going through 2 months of teething with them. Anyway let me know via PM or ticket. We can either cancel the order, refund you, or give them a week or 4 to sort out their issues.

In the meantime the offer for a free DSL data only account remains.
Hey @TheRoDent .
I know you guys are busy but since you can get a hold of VC engineers please can you check up on the issue I'm still having with them?

OS in PE seems to flap quite a bit as they switch longhauls to Cape Town.
