I can understand that but you can't assume it's an issue on our side, so an MTR assist in showing where the issue lies.Excuse the rant PBcool. I have had a long day. I am tired. I am really not in the mood to do MTR's and whatnots. I just want something that is consistent and works, just just irritates the living hell out of me....
There is a Dev issue on Vumatels side, not much we can do unfortunately. I saw this come up on the comms today.You guys are lucky, I'm sitting without internet that I already paid for, I'm on the pre paid mfiber and on coolideas, they came and replaced my line today as they did a temp fix on Tuesday, since the replacement line I have no internet, did a quick self diagnosis on the router and get "PPPoE dialup failed" error ticket number (#COOL-20190926-315169) I am yet to receive any sort of reply, my token in the meantime runs down, basically having me pay for something I can't use, to say I'm disappointed in customer service is the kindest I can be at this point.
Done the usual of powering the router off and leaving it unplugged for 10/15 mins and rebooted it, same issue.
