@PBCool @TheRoDent Can either of you please DM me the reference for Vuma my ticket #COOL-20190902-301765 i have not heard from CISP support in 4 days and would like to find out what is going on

Anyone who can suggest what my problem could be?

I'm getting authentication failed message on my connection, I have not changed anything on the router and Cool Ideas is not being helpful.

Also cancelled in this month so not sure if someone is being spiteful.

I think your issue is more related to the backhaul upgrades, logging a ticket with Vumatel is basically the process of Vumatel checking optical levels and closing the case. I would suggest we rather wait for feedback on the WDM upgrades.

PM me your account details, this is usually an FNO moving a service prematurely hence the Auth fail.

On my ticket it says something was logged with Vumatel

Yeah the way tickets are logged with any FNO is their first line support check optic levels and basically close the ticket based on that. Hence why we have had to implement loss mitigation on our network.

Sent. Support said everything was fine on their side and my router must have lost my details. Does not seem to be the case.

Yea discord is screwed too i can't see info like that but dcing every couple minutes a few times have tried changing to EU server no change either :/

Yeah not just Teamspeak either for me.

League was lagging terribly as well.


SpeedTest result is bad as well...

SADV have confirmed the line was cancelled but don't know why as it's only supposed to be cancelled at month end, they also say they don't have weekend staff to reactivate, but we are doing what we can to get it reactivated for you.
