Good afternoon

I'm very frustrated with CISP support atm.
Signed up a client for 20/20 fibre 3 months ago, they only got 10/10.
Have been back to do numerous speed tests and still nothing resolved but client is still being charged full price.

Client has already tole me to move business elsewhere (they are seriously not impressed considering the high praise i gave CISP) so please can this be resolved urgently.

Sure will investigate, this is a typical line miss-configuration from the provisioning side, will escalate.

Had a similar situation and its annoying when you praise CISP to your client. Their support is really on the low end out of all the ISP's out there. PBCool and Rodent pretty much keep it on the line otherwise for me to bare with them at times when i have issues

Ive got a 50/50 and I'm on vuma.

Any issues in the Lonehill area?
Speed tests are fine but I have 2 streaming services that buffers a lot and they never use to buffer.... Tonight was so bad I ended up watching on my phone (3g)

Dismal speeds most evenings - tonight not even getting 50mbit down on speedtest locally ... on 1000/10 ?

What's happening guys ? Stuffs going downhill the last few months ?!
barely getting 200/100 locally tonight again after 7 pm , was fine earlier . Little falls area

They have a local relay server as far as I know but that could have being removed
No thats ingest server relay. So its for South Africans who want to stream TO twitch IE be broadcasters. Its not a CDN node or whatever you call it.

Dear ISP Partner

Due to network growth on the Western Cape network, we have undertaken to redesign the Vumatel core network and introduce a fourth (4th) active ethernet master node.
This master node will be based in Teraco Rondebosch and we will require some action from the ISP’s.

Please refer to the attached document, the requirements are on page 5.
I will send a separate email to each ISP representative detailing the number of IP addresses required.
If you don’t receive an email from me, no further action is required from your side.

The change is scheduled for the 11th of June 2019, please can you endeavour to have all your changes completed by the 31st of May 2019.

If you have any questions, concerns or queries, please contact us on any of the numbers below, or your Service Delivery manager.

@PBCool could you please send me a reference number for the Openserve ticket or call? (COOL-20190510-264212) My line has been off going on to day 5 now and mobile data is killing me. Nobody seems to do anything and if I don't ask you, I have to phone and spend 30+ minutes just to get the same empty promises again from the call centre agents. Maybe if I follow up myself things might start happening.

Every time I have an issue at Cool Ideas it's off for days with no real feedback or anything but ampty promises. It's damn frustrating to put it very mildly. It honestly makes me wonder how you got voted best ISP.

@PBCool I have to agree with a statement above or a previous page. If you weren't here, I would not have been a customer. Also, if you weren't here, I wouldn't be a customer anymore. Although I'm damn close to calling it quits and going back to my previous ISP or any other ISP that has a semi decent call centre with decent uncapped.
