@TheRoDent @PBCool Where do I cancel on the online portal? And how quick can my line be released?

@PBCool and @TheRoDent
Would really also like to know this. Also when this cancellation is requested please can you also calculate and refund for the downtime whereby Ive paid you in full as well. I dont mind the 30 day period as long as you review each and every call and support request for downtime on my account since I have joined and refund accordingly. Happy to get into a call tomorrow.

This time a 2011 account.

Am I the only one who is suspicious?

For rog163 and the rest wondering where Looney and a few others went...

They went to WebsQuad. As soon as they become big enough and popular enough the DDoS kiddies will target them too. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Maybe this is your problem? You don't know how to deal with things when they go broken? It happens in many different aspects of life.

Yeah no, I'm talking about ISP's not general life. When things go wrong with my ISP I will give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance to fix. If they cannot resolve I leave. Simple as that. I won't waste my hard earned money on something that doesn't work. The end.

Actually, it seems like you came here just to test the loyalty of CISP's customers. Almost like you are part of the attack on them.

I was also once a loyal CI customer, until not only did their network get bad but they also couldn't offer me what another ISP could. You seem to think I am attacking CI and testing the loyalty of their customers. You are more than welcome to think whatever you want. I really couldn't care less.

This is not the last attack. And the next round CI's mitigation strategies or lack thereof will come to the fore yet again.

Going to be a shite show and a comedy of errors. Makes for some good chuckling though reading all the comments in this thread :ROFL:

LOL! I guess we will see if they get hit. If they do and they cannot resolve in a timely manner then bye bye Websquad. Don't you get it yet, why continue to stay loyal weekend after weekend, time after time, issue after issue while you give them your money and make them richer all while you suffer. Sorry, does not compute.
