Yes, I had that exact problem a week ago. It was a peering issue between RSAWeb (who host the SIP servers) and CI. In my case it took about three days of conversations between CI, RSAWeb and Freshphone for anything to be done. Tell them to look at this ticket: #COOL-20191117-337661

There are DNS issues. CI DNS resolves ssl.dstv.com in EU, cloudfare DNS in CPT.

Also cant query google DNS at all.

Edit: Working now, maybe it was just bad timing when I noticed it ;p

There was a brief outbound international outage. It appears like Hurricane Electric is doing weird stuff again.
Outbound is now routed via Cogent and working again.
