So PBCool I didn't give you the ticket number because I wanted to see how long it would take for your Helpdesk to respond.

So I finally got the email today. 11 Days after logging the call I got the first response asking me if it is still an issue. (Luckily the problem has been resolved) But I think you may want to look at your customer service / Helpdesk.
Lol what a joke, they starting to sound like Sars whereby you need to escalate matters in order to solve them. Or Telkom even to that matter

Afrihost has some competition it seems. I dont know where the fault is. I dont know who is responsible. What i do know is cisp takes my money every month. And for them not to have the courtesy to reply here or even send a sms or email is a fking joke. Cancelling my "service" end of the month

I do have backups to fall back on so I was happy to this point to give CISP chance after chance to figure out these issues. I had flawless experience with them for near 2 years until these issues kept happening.

But I got to a point now that it seems to me that this is not something CISP is capable of resolving and it is just the norm now and at this point I am just about to hang up on this.

If CISP operated like this from day one I would have cancelled at the end of the first month but the fact they were seriously reliable for such a long time put me to the decision to give them an extended period to resolve this but that extended period is running to a close now.

Every other "consumer" product is working when this is failing via CISP so the idea of consumer product being cause of the failure doesn't hold up either.

What is going on with this routing, look at the bottom of MTR, IP's repeating, 154.0.1.33, 154.0.5.97, 154.0.1.33 and Packet loss.

Yea, pings international are now well over 350, never been this high. Twitch streams dropping, discord as well
CISP must be having countless international carrier issues.

The moment I hook up vpn avoiding the CISP international carriers the issues goes away and everything works great. To me this points to one reoccurring issue with their chosen international carriers dropping the ball daily.
