I'm in the northern suburbs and I can see up to a 30% decrease on the openserve last mile throughput.

Another day and another total fking disaster trying to work on my remote server.

Either you guys decide what you are going to do regarding HE or I am just going to have to look for another ISP. I just can't give more chances over the same ol sht happening every single day and only on CISP. I have tried to replicate the same issues on every other ISP I can get my hands on and they are all functioning right.

Seriously what drugs is this HE routing on ? Capetown -> Durban -> Jhb -> London -> Nyc ? Seriously ?? This looks like a clusterfk of routing.

Ive supported CISP through thick and thin for last 2 years , my track record in the CISP threads would show at least 95% in support comments but I have gotten to the end of the line now with the constant issues relating to the same problems that is just showing up more and more often.

Right now I have use a seperate VPN just to work around your routing issues and this has become a permanent extra cost just to fix your routing issue since I cannot even use my own VPN which is located at the datacenter that CISP routing is constantly failing to route to.

This is down to the fact that your server uses HE as a transit provider and HE announces locally, I will look into this today for you. Basically we would need to filter out HE within SA.

Not a relevant issue to me but as a matter of interest - why does it work just fine on IS and Vox locally but not CI if it's the fault of HE?

There was an SADV issue as per the announcements page.
Doesn't mention any issues in Greenstone Hill.
I'm getting +-2mb download / +-17mb upload. Supposed to be 20/20.
International downloads timeout...
Please escalate ASAP
Ticket #: COOL-20190613-260609

It's possible that IS/Vox filter HE out locally.

Sure will get some feedback, the post was down to reports from customers, not from SADV themselves.

@PBCool big shout out to Divian on your support team. He went over and above in helping me get my dad online where the others were just passing me back and forth between Vuma and you guys.

That said the Vuma/Cisp signup process definitely needs attention and refinement.

What is going on with this routing, look at the bottom of MTR, IP's repeating, 154.0.1.33, 154.0.5.97, 154.0.1.33 and Packet loss.
