If the entire network was collapsing in on itself it would affect all users. But I'm doing just fine in PE on Cool Ideas. Hence why it helps when users provide as much feedback as possible. WinMTR, duration of issues, daily time period of issues if applicable, local vs. international performance, speed tests etc.

It looks like there was an increase in latency for a few minutes in JHB to London. Awaiting feedback from carrier. But another reason why we are moving.

Feel like the heat of the moment gets to me sometime.
Anyone suggest a decent PL monitor? Been using winMTR but it's manually nature makes it a bit hard to track

My net dropped for about 20 seconds around 5 minutes ago, and came back. Disconnects seem to have stopped for now.
