Yeah this all started happening I think a week or so ago and it's Pathetic. Then I phone them and they told me nothing wrong on the network and I must report it to openserve but then openserve told me nothing wrong. Looks like You don't get a reliable ISP anymore that is reliable and can actually look into your queries but fail to do so. I've been with many ISP's. Hope Cool ideas can sort this out or I'm looking elsewhere after this month.

Seriously @PBCool , WHAT THE ACTUAL.

How many times is this going to happen before something is done to fix this nonsense?

I fully acknowledge that this is not personally your fault so please don't take this the wrong way but wtf has happened to Cool Ideas in the last 3 months. Do I need to switch ISPs so I can get a stable international connection or are you guys actually going to fix this?

Yeah totally Cool Ideas fault - not the actual person who is responding on behalf of Cool Ideas. Although after looking around on other threads, the complete Wimbledon ("It's not us it's the FNO") on PBCool's part is starting to change my mind.

Please calm down and allow them to switch carriers, if after you still have issues then find someone else, this constant moaning and b1tching does not help squat, if you don't want to wait then move already, please.

Thanks we will continue to bitch as this is service we are paying for, they should just stick to their back up link and stop thinking the primary is magically going to fix itself. If you have problem with bitching, ignore us or stop opening this thread. But you have zero right to instruct us on what we should do.
