Would it be possible to work out when your 200mbps offering on Link Africa’s network will be available? Link Africa completed installation but waiting for 200mbps to become available before signing up with CISP.

We can only escalate with Vumatel after 24hrs after logging.

What does a blue light mean? I've had the orange one flash on me in the past meaning LOS.. Pls advise:)

Has the route to EU changed again? Pings have gone from 156ms to 223ms

Fibre down in Farrarmere, Benoni, blinking blue power light on the ONT and no FX light. Vumatel Trenched, been out since 14:30 according to my pfsense router logs. Ticket #COOL-20190619-263354 Logged.

Where in Farrarmere, Im in Farrarmere and its currently up (never went off either) Vuma trenched.

Anything going on with OS ? Latency much higher than usual, and my speeds are not that great tonight. Usually have no issues.

Blinking blue light means fibre break.

So for example:
