@PBCool I applied and paid for a new fibre install on 4 June. After a week I had no feedback on the application. On 19 June I decided to cancel as there was no feedback or progress. I requested a refund but I'm still waiting.I am beginning to doubt my choice of CISP as my service provider. I used them at my previous residence a few years ago - no problem.
This time round seems to be a different matter - at least I think so as I am not getting any feedback.
What's happening to Cool Ideas. Your service is non existent!
