Switched from open web capped 20down 10up to cool ideas 40 down 20 up on monday seems like my FLP SPEED IS STUCK ON 20 DOWN 10 up

I HAVE SCREENS SHOTTED SPEED on my PC and direct into the ONT as well no difference.

Paying for a service ain't getting it cool ideas logged fault with openserve NOW WE WAIT ZZZZZ

CAN SOMEONE SUGGESTANYTHING OR HELP SPEED UP THE PROCESS

Murphies Law, been down since 6:30, restarted ONT twice, post message on MyBB and 1 minute later, it connects.

Down for the 4th time tonight now... lasts about 10-20 mins a time

So apparently they are awaiting for the peering arrangements to be completed or something to that effect. Is quite arb really, we will also be trying another transit provider in the next week or so in the UK.

Sure, have sent you a PM. Speedtest keeps finding my closest test local as Vanderbijlpark not CT.
Also other JHB locations.

This usually happens when you are issued an IP from a virgin block, it takes a few days to a week for it to update. Routing will still be "correct" per location though.

Hi PBCool please can I ask you to have a look into this, I referred a friend to you guys he was on Openweb he has logged a ticket #cool-20200302-387996. He is paying for a 40 down 20 up but it seems to be set to 20 down 10 up.

Hi all

Problem solved lets see how long it takes to request speed change. openserve techs been here all good on there side apparently cool ideas only grabbed my B number and never requested speed change just configuration to them according to openserve I am on a 20/10 line on there side.(should be 40/20
Only cool ideas can request speed change or change the speed but paying for 40/20 but getting 20/10 half speed half service but no half price

@PBCool you one of the directors of cool ideas let's see if you can get it done quick
