Anyone that had trouble with a Unifi USG allowing connections to discovery and rainbow six siege, I was able to fix my problem by changing my clamping on the device to 1382.
Try 1436 otherwise, keep having issues with facebook though no matter the value i use

@PBCool @TheRoDent please help with a SADV escalation
#COOL-20200323-399365
SADV#1000187764
Getting a 615 or 651 error (cant recall) error when connecting using my PC directly to the ONT.
Apparently it's a quick remote fix on SADVs side... waited most of the day.. please help if you have a contact at SADV.

Hi, @PBCool @TheRoDent I've been seeing some latency/packet loss issues for the past two evenings (possibly congestion related) on Octotel in the Cape Town CBD.

Can you have a look please :)

@PBCool @TheRoDent Will you guys be able to provide support services during the shutdown? I can make do without many things but if my internet goes down during these next 3 weeks and you guys aren't around to fix it I might just go mad.

Yeah telecommunications is an essential service so we will continue running.

We will be here and so will our support staff. Practically everyone is working from home, and we will all do what we can.

Whether or not the FNO's will be able to work is a good question, and we are waiting for clarity, as is everyone else.

Telecommunications was mentioned as critical infrastructure, but how this pans out, who knows.
