Yeah, gotta say that despite the WACS issue and massively increased load due to the national lockdown, the internet is feeling pretty damn good!

Only issue I'm having right now is this blasted intermittent traffic dropping off after hop 3 on my Vuma trenched line.. :rolleyes: Hopefully they have some feedback this week.

Any word on when Openserve will fix their issues in Loevenstein Cape Town,
Only getting my 100Mbit at 1am and 7am. Most of the afternoon and evenings, this is about the best I can get:

They fixed it he NNI issue, what result do you get to a server in Cape Town?

Yup. Running on all cylinders.

Just that dumbass cable break that needs to get fixed to get my ping back in the playable range.

Please can we have some proper feedback as to what is going on? 4 times in 10 days now.
My neighbour on Octotel with Afrihost is up and running though.

The feedback we get from Octotel is basically they aren't sure, we have escalated to executive level. This has been happening since the maintenance they did recently.

Are you able to confirm whether or not your uptime on Frogfoot has been better than Octotel in general?

@PBCool just a note of thanks to you and your team for keeping it all going through isolation. Having relatives on your network, the CISP service over Octotel is the #1 reason they're able to keep in contact as much as possible.

@PBCool @TheRoDent are your PPPoE sessions on Frogfoot speed limited?
I've seen a few people in my area seeing their doubled speeds already on other ISPs, but I'm still getting 200mbps - just wondering if it also entails a change on your side, instead of relying on the linespeed set by the FNO.
