What does a local speedtest do? If that's normal than more than likely just steam struggling.

Reached out to Octotel and they are not coming to the party regards free speed upgrades, disappointed in that statement.

They can barely deliver normal line speeds at the moment, I don't think we would even go ahead if they offered the double up.

They have said they are more focused on installs and upgrading their network.

Something weird is happening here ATM, had to switch to LTE.
PPPOE interface is not timing out. But can't reach stuff. ODNS and GDNS included. PPPOE cycle didn't work.

Sounds like an MTU thing, try bypass your router and test.
