Yeah - because business' reneging always strengthens client relationships and their confidence in you. Great strategy. Do it. If not just for the laughs. Send out that email saying it was an April Fools joke -you know you want to. :)
not sure if srs.....

LOL. People are idjits. I would rather have a working connection that i pay for than double up on ZERO because the FNO breaks it....
MyBB has more than it's fair share.

You'd think that people here would help the 'relatively ignorant' normies that surround them and tell them to 'calm the f.ck down, stop ranting about sh.t' - nooooo, they come here and extend the 'whatsapp group/twitterverse/facebook' mentality to rant about kuk that you can do nothing about.

Eish.

Just to confirm you have ruled out your side completely by connecting directly to the ont and dialing the pppoe session from a pc or laptop.

I have not connected my laptop directly and PPPoE out yet, but I do have a Mikrotik as my gateway. And did a traceroute this morning from the it to 1.1.1.1

Have the frogfoot upgrades started or also staggered like Vuma?

Lots of people in my area have been reporting upgraded speeds for 2 days - going to bypass my router, connect directly to the CPE and get DHCP, instead of establishing a PPPoE session to see if that works.

Yeah, I see it doesn't work anymore, could have sworn it did before - swapped back to PPPoE for now.
Will PM shortly.
It did when we were diagnosing speed issues, but it's a temporary thing. I have fixed your queue, test again?

In order to activate the upgrade do you need to logout of the PPoE and login again?

@PBCool I just got this from my sister here in George as well. ADSL with Afrihost as you mentioned earlier. Something odd with backhaul from George to CPT.

What is your ticket ref so I can investigate? And that's a cabled device you are testing with?
