You are not being upgraded yet. Might get to you by Friday or next week seems like it. Bottom up approach

A reboot/reconnection at best.

Also note the fine print at cisp.co.za/promotions please.

There are no detailed rollout plans for Frogfoot yet, only some rollout feedback fromVumatel.

Pertinent announcements will be made on http://cisp.co.za/promotions, so please keep watch there.

Can you please try this just to rule out any local issues ?

Edit: nevermind saw your screenshot about ADSL too. Clearly an openserve thing. Our GM has escalated it to our brand new account manager at Openserve, but she is very new. All the old ones have taken VR packages it seems.
Pretty please tell me there is perhaps an update? :crying:

It's becoming really unusable now.

which area are you in ?

Fish Hoek/Glencairn/Noordhoek. Had to reboot the router and ONT though, did a speed test before that and it was still 200/200.

I'm now going to waste all the "productivity gains" of 500/500 by spending time tweaking my hAP ac2 router. I see it's slightly CPU limited and isn't letting me hit the full 500/500 (with current firewall settings etc).

Two reboots coming up :p

Did you do the ONT first or the router?

Did the ONT first. The router reconnected and reestablished a PPPoE connection, but it couldn't ping or traceroute anything. So it got a reboot too and then everything worked.

Yeah ONT might also need a reboot on GPON to get new configs. Will update our page

I think I need to tell me neighbour to switch to any other ISP (I would suggest CI) than the Cell C wreck they are on now. As I am waiting for my fibre repair, I am using their via a pityful 1 bar WIFI connection (~40mbit connection).

I dont know what package they on, but as Cell C seems to only terminate in JHB and we in CPT, the Octotel packet loss and throttling is absolutely horrible!
