Hi, can we confirm that you actually are seeing a PPPoE server on OpenServe ?@PBCool I got my details earlier this morning but they didn't auth, got given a new password. Same thing no auth.

I've confirmed your line is now with us and the ONT status says up, at your requested speed.
Packetloss is the bandwidth killerSo glorious! (that spike was caused by upload multi speedtest, but 0 packet loss!)

MFN rite ? Could be they're doing maintenance? Is your PPP connected and can you do a traceroute to 8.8.8.8 ?Something is up shows connected but no data having to use 4G to get to Mybroadband
I see the connection rebooted why would that happen ?
Many are lower than 99% and capped at reimbursements not greater than 10% of contract value.I don't think business fibre lines are immune to going down. But what business lines do have are SLAs with penalties. So if they don't deliver the 99% uptime that's in your contract, they need to fork over some dosh.
And just some quick math: 24 hrs per day / 30 days per month is 720 hours. 99% uptime means you can be down for 7 hrs per month. So (assuming the rest of the month stays the same) even if you were on a business line; nothing you could do but accept the downtime. No one can claim to sell a perfect product.
Edit: PS. I just used some round numbers... no idea what uptime guarantee business lines come with
Yeah 2nd time now that it’s gone down. Not ping nothing is working. My router just says uptime at 0MFN rite ? Could be they're doing maintenance? Is your PPP connected and can you do a traceroute to 8.8.8.8 ?
We have received some feedback from Vuma on this, seems like a BGP issue that we are investigating. Also seeing slow speeds to CoreIX and Spitfire - just going to guess that it's the speedtest servers being weird again. Reverse mode iperf to queen with 4 tcp threads seems to yield great results.
On a side note: Had another loss of connectivity after hop 3 at 18:44 - shall I send a screenshot of the trace to Divian for the ticket with Vuma?
We cannot determine the cause of their BGP disconnects to us. Our interfaces are up, no flapping, and routers have several hundred days of uptime. We have received some feedback from Vuma on this, seems like a BGP issue that we are investigating.
Do a speedtest to Spitfire Networks London to compare.
