no right now it keeps happening i have restarted my calix ONT now in the hope it will maybe behave. Never had this kak till Corona came around and all these speed upgrades

Do you get an alarm on the ONT ?
Our connection to edge still shows normal traffic levels...
This would be very concerning since they have not done much at all in Cape Town, i only know 1 person out a lot who got upgraded so far and it was a 10meg account and it was late this afternoon only :/
An alarm i wouldn't know if that existed ?? Where could i check such on the Calix ?
Normally the ONT has an "Alarm" LED
