Yes, we are aware. Awaiting feedback from Vumatel as it appears to be inside their backhaul network as witnessed by 50% loss to their firsthop router from inside their network.

@PBCool We are having issues with the line upgrade we requested.

Pro-rata invoice has been paid, and we were asked to test the speed, but we are still getting the old line speed.

I've tried restarting both ONT and Router, and then also tried connecting a different PC (with a different ethernet cable) directly to the ONT, and getting the same result, so it's not a hardware issue on my side.

I have a strong suspicion that the line upgrade hasn't happend yet on FrogFoot's side.

@PBCool Any know issues between Afrihost and CISP? Colleague tried to connect via FQDN to the VPN server, no luck. And traceroute also doesn't complete.

Please log this with business support, but basically that trace makes it to the access router your service connects to.

Best is to send traces from both directions.

Hi all, anyone notices any peering problems - especially vodacom to anything on metrofiber? I didn't see it on my cool ideas link but I had a pabx unable to link to bitco and multiple people on vodacom unable to access anything on a mfn link that I believe terminates in Liquid Telecoms datacenter.

JINX had some issues yesterday, might have been related? Also some reports of trouble on the NOG groups accessing content on liquids network.

Hi @PBCool - could you please check a connect ticket for me on behalf of mother in law - #COOL-20200601-444234 payment was made on 1 June and we received a voucher, when entering the voucher on the prepaid portal, we are greeted with an error "Premises selected is already is use" BUT Google Maps is pinpointing the incorrect location, I included their rates with ERF as prove. FNO isn't playing ball at all and bouncing the request, is there anyway you could assist?

have you guys recently implemented an SMTP server?? For some reason my Microsoft Mail suddenly started working today and I cant figure out why. Even Microsoft haven't given me a decent answer (I assumed the app now defaulted to an MS SMTP server).
