I would stay with Openserve in all honesty, what is the variance between the packages in question?

OK just interested as Octotal has 30/30 package for similar price as openserve 20/20 so was wondering. But seeing the comments and your statements I will stay thanks for the guidance

Must admit that since they 'fixed' my section of backhaul I have had zero issues. Full speed all the time...but must agree that with Octotel it's very much a hit and miss company when it comes to reliability and stable functioning of the line. Have heard of many people complaining of just sh*t service and Octotels complete arrogance to acknowledge problems.

Morning, yes there is an issue in fourways. DFA did the Civil work required through the night. Theyre currently busy with splicing (from Vumatel)

Seems to be dependant on which estate/MDU. Vumatel say they sent out notifications but we haven't received any.

This is what I worry about as Octotel is trenching here and there isn't any other FNO. Was considering whether I go with coolideas or Afrihost for network quality but then took Afrihost as they take pre orders and would the ISP network quality really make a difference on Octotels network?

We mitigate loss pretty well, so there are some differences to experience.

My friends on a network that does as little as possible for their clients with regards to network so I think ISP does matter
