I'm thinking of signing up with you guys in the new month.
With regards to Balwin Estates I know the ONT is installed by the developers - Do I select new install or existing when signing up via your website?

You can select existing if there is an ONT in place already.

Perfect thank you. Manage to get some info out of Vodacom today and they saying that on Friday line will be released(21 Aug). If they release the Line on Friday would you guys still be able to activate on your side on Friday?

They would need to activate the line, realistically one of our accounts would work even if it was provisioned on another network.

Well Vodacom uses PPPoE with their routers. where is from what I understand on the 1Gig Line there is no PPPoE on your side? thats how it is currently working? Router just connects

We also use PPPoE on Vodacoms network, you kinda have to, were you on Vumatel?

it is not Vodacom Network it is Vuma Network. The ISP is Vodacom on Vuma Line

yes current address on Vuma Line and new one Vuma line. The old owner used Vodacom as a ISP which is a headache

Sure, I'm going to bet that signing up with you guys might be worth the ballache. I have a current Octotel line with Afrihost, and I want to change over at the end of this month. How does the process work? Do I have to cancel with Afrihost before signing up with CI?

Yeah line needs to be cancelled and released before we can take it over.

So the Fibre woes are still going on in our complex. Day 4 with no internet. The Fibre guys found multiple breaks in the line, now how the hell does that happen?

Anybody else having issues with WoW classic or anything else blizzard? Got pretty high latency (+-100ms higher than normal).

It's fine for a few seconds, then bad for a second, then back to fine and repeat.

edit: Actually seeing the same behavior to all of their servers, even the Brazillian ones. My buddy on WebAfrica is fine and not seeing this at all
